6 Favourite Lipsticks of 2015

2015 has been a great year for me, especially for lipstick. These are my 6 favourite lipsticks/glosses.

Fave lipsticks

#6 Stila Stay All Day Vinyl Lip Gloss – Scarlet Vinyl
I really love blending this lip gloss with other lipstick colours. It’s really great on it’s own as well. This gloss doesn’t come in a wide variety of colours but the easy application and the fact that so far it really does “stay all day” this definitely sits in my favourites.

#5 Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick – Damned
I’ve only had this lipstick for a couple months and I have no idea why in the world I waited so long to add this to my collection. I really like the gloss to matte finish from this lipstick it’s really a great accent to the any makeup, no matter the colour.

#4 MAC Relentlessly Red
MAC is always on my list of favourite lipsticks. Relentlessly Red started out as my summer colour but has somehow managed to shift its way into my regular makeup rotation. I am all about matte colours and this stuff is matte as ever and the bright red pigment gives a burst of life to the drab winter days

#3 MAC Candy Yum Yum
The name says it all. If you have seen this colour on the MAC counter and been to afraid to give it a try, never fear. Candy Yum Yum is another colour that has made it into my regular rotation, sounds weird I know but it’s just such a fun colour. You can tone it down but using a darker lip liner and blending the lip liner down, then applying candy yum yum to your lips.

#2 MAC Diva
This colour is my fall go to, I would say I have worn it every other day if not everyday this fall. It’s such a beautiful rich tone and it seems to just fit perfectly with any of my fall/winter colours. It’s great of casual coffee dates and romantic nights out.

#1 MAC Brick-o-la
Two years and a few tubes later Brick O La is my number one favourite colour. For my lips it’s pretty neutral which is fantastic and you can literally wear it everyday. It’s not to bold, not to dull..it’s the momma bear of lipstick colours (just right).
