Coachella Inspired Outfits

Hello Lovelies,

Week 1 of Coachella is coming to an end and I wish I could say I was reporting live from the fairgrounds. Unfortunately density didn’t drag me to LA but I still managed to created a couple looks that I would most definitely have worn if I were.

The Flower Child

Flowing and free is the idea behind this outfit. A soft pink jersey slip dress is great in the warm weather and the lace hem at the bottom gives it just that little bit of sweet and feminine detail. The longline crotch-style vest is fantastic for adding that “flower child” feel and also adds a bit more layering without overheating on a hot LA day.

Coachella still means a flower headband for me. I’m a huge fan of them so even if this weren’t inspired by the music festival…I’d probably still have it. For a little something that isn’t so pink I put on my faux suede choker. Chokers and flower headbands…I’m in heaven.

Short and Sweet

Sailors shorts are absolutely adorable and I’m so happy I found this pair. Adding a layered tank on top gives it a bit more of a boho chic look.

Even though I don’t have flowers on my head I managed to find a way to add it in. My black faux suede choker has a twin but this one comes with flowers. I compliments the overall look and feel of the outfit and with the sleek floppy hat its a more toned down Coachella inspired outfit.

For all those who get to experience the wonder of Coachella I hope it’s everything you imagined. I hope you enjoyed these Coachella inspired outfits.
